I've been kind of laid back for a while and focused on other things like making my tunics, dyeing fabrics, and soft sculptures. Now that it's warm in my area of the world I have been ice dyeing and loving it. Here are a few photos of my process. I used Rit dye in both liquid and powder forms. I also use Pro Chem reactive dye and Setacolor fabric paint.
I have also been gifted some false indigo and I've picked and cut it and combine it and water in a jar to see if it will ferment and extract a blue dye. I will keep you posted.
